Stutthof Concentration Camp – Private Guided Tour from Gdańsk or Gdynia
last update - May 2025
Stutthof Concentration Camp was the first Nazi camp established on occupied Polish territory. It was created in the first days of World War II to persecute and eliminate educated Poles. Today we know that the Nazis had already prepared lists of intended prisoners three weeks before the war began. During the 5 years of Stutthof’s existence, prisoners from 28 countries were held here. The camp was liberated by the Soviet Army on 9 May 1945.
